Ingredients for Strong Muscles Smoothie:

 

2 Bananas

300 g Pineapple

400 g Mango

5 Dates

50 g Cashews

Preparation of the Strong Muscles Smoothie:

 

  1. Peel the Bananas.
  2. Cut the necessary amount of the Pineapple, peel it and cut into a cubes.
  3. Peel the Mango and remove the pit.
  4. Remove the pit from the Dates.
  5. All the ingredients put in a Blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
