Ingredients for Strong Muscles Smoothie:
2 Bananas
300 g Pineapple
400 g Mango
5 Dates
50 g Cashews
Preparation of the Strong Muscles Smoothie:
- Peel the Bananas.
- Cut the necessary amount of the Pineapple, peel it and cut into a cubes.
- Peel the Mango and remove the pit.
- Remove the pit from the Dates.
- All the ingredients put in a Blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
